Coloured paper wristbands or single coloured Tyvek wristbands are our most widely sold paper wristbands. They are printed in bulk using a rotational printing machine such as Mark Andy Printers that flood prints the full surface of one side of the wristbands. We supply them with no further customisation (called plain paper wristbands without printing) or we can further customize them with an over-print in one colour. Over printing in one colour, is fast and cheap compared to customizing in full colour. Standard width for the coloured wristbands we stock is 19mm (or 3/4inch). Our Coloured Paper Wristbands are suitable for use live music performances, exhibitions, concerts, music festivals, carnivals, parties, fairs, amusement parks for children, dog shows and all events where restricted access is required as an an effective and easy way of restricting access and crowd control. Our event wristbands are manufactured from Tyvek, which is a synthetic waterproof paper that allows its use in wet areas such as water parks. We use a special tamper evident feature on all of our paper event wristbands which will make them unusable in case anyone tries to remove them. In addition, all our plain paper wristbands, which are available in several colours can be sequentially numbered for another layer of protection which also allows you to determine the number of tickets sold. Another security measure is an UV code.

Materials Used For Manufacturing Coloured Paper Wristbands

Coloured paper wristbands are made of Tyvek, which is a synthetic paper manufactured by Dupont. The glue used in their production is of the highest quality, and very durable. The inks used for printing on paper wristbands are environment friendly Soya inks. We supply coloured paper bracelets in red, green, blue, orange, pink, yellow, purple, white, gold, black and gray. Our pink, orange, yellow and green plain paper wristbands are UV (black light) reflective. Great for events that combine UV light.

Tyvek looks like paper, has a texture similar to paper, it is as thin as paper but it is not paper. Tyvek is a synthetic material made of polyethylene. Tyvek is tear resistant, water resistant, hypoallergic and is not irritating to the skin. Tyvek is sensitive to high temperatures and has low ink absorption. It is not printable with standard laser or inkjet printers.

Plain Paper Wristbands Width

Standard width for the plain paper wristbands (in various colours) we stock is 19mm (or 3/4inch). We recommend this size of wristbands because it is in proportion with an average human wrist and is not bulky. However, sometimes when a lot of information needs to be printed on the wristbands, we suggest using 25mm or 1 inch. These wider bracelets are bulky and less comfortable to wear, especially if worn by children with small wrists.

Available Plain Paper Wristbands Length

As standard the length of our plain paper wristbands (in various colours) is 250mm. Some wristbands are perforated 30mm from the end of the wristband, creating a tear-off stub that can be used as a coupon. Because of fine production calibration there may be slight differences in the lengths between produced lots.
